All files are the copyrighted property of City TV Toronto. These files are stored on this site because City TV's video archiving policy has caused them to be removed from City TV's website.

I would like to publicly thank City TV for recognizing (and publicizing) that there are two sides to this issue.

"Hi" indicates a higher quality (and therefore larger size) file suitable for high-speed Internet connections. "Lo" is better for dialup connections. Not all files have both options.
